and after you build the scale test car, you'll have to build a scale to test.
I saw one once go by on a CN bulkhead flat.

Painting is complete along with the brake wheel and handrails put on. I gave it a rough paint job to give it some character and to try to show some age.
Now to get some decals and finish this small, quick, and easy build.
