Hello Everyone---Grand Trunk Western U-1-C Mountain 6039 has uncoupled from her passenger train and is shown heading to the Leetown roundhouse for a quick lublication service.Canada Customs had strict rules regarding U.S. locomotives operating in Canada so the shop crew will work quickly to get her back on the road---within an hour,she'll be ready to roll back to her home terminal in Michigan

Good guess, Ralph. Wink I put them on any A-units used in passenger service in case the train they were pulling had a dome car in the consist.

The normal locos for the lightweight train were these E-units, an E8/9A from Model Power:

...and an E7B (made from two A-units), also from Model Power:

Both of the E-units, along with 8 cars of the train, went to Deano, while Ed has the two baggage cars, along with the FPs and a few other items.

Thanks for all the feedback.Here's some shots of CNR T-4-A #4300.These locomotives had 57" drivers and 60,000 lbs. of tractive effort.They were not fast but could haul long heavy trains with ease and on the Leetown Division were often used in helper service.

Hello---here's E-10-A Mogul (2-6-0) #91.Smaller than most locomotives on the roster she was a very worthy and capable engine for branchline service where weight restrictions on bridges eliminated many of her bigger sisters.

Today at the Frankford roundhouse a ten wheeler camelback rides the table to a open indoor service track. A little servicing and a reasignment.
