Bills for locos - railroader9731 - 03-03-2016 I have decided to try Ralph's idea with the cards for each loco I have or will get only with a little twist to this. I don't know if Ralph done this or not but heres my spin on it. As many of us have done have certain locos we like and tend to run more than others, so to help I have put these in card protectors so I may shuffle them. Ill first decide on how many locos I want or need, then shuffle cards face down and lets say I want 2 locos, there for I draw two cards. In the pic below it gives you an idea what it looks like. The card tells me what I need to knows and what it can be used for. Any questions or comment feel free ![]() Re: Bills for locos - Ralph - 03-03-2016 I hadn't thought of doing that but I like the idea! ![]() Re: Bills for locos - Josh - 03-04-2016 I'm thinking about doing the same thing but I will be adding Water, coal and any other locomotive maintenance cards to it. Re: Bills for locos - railroader9731 - 03-04-2016 Ralph that's what im going for as we all know after a good run so to say locos need a rest so as you say them cards may be set aside for a time to get them an R&R period. Josh im not sure what you locomotive count is but for a large roster that may be a pain in the rear, but dont let that bug you if it suits your needs do it up ![]() Paperwork - Josh - 03-04-2016 What paperwork are you using to route your cars ? |
