Very nice scheme.. Thumbsup I like it.

Thank you Larry, I kinda sorta stole the B&O scheme but replaced the B&O blue for BN green. This is also the first locomotive I've done any serious body modifications to, drilling into the radiator grille was nerve racking but the etched parts look much better.

And with the black stripe, it will look amazing. Any other locomotives planned for your roster?

I would like to add another engine I just haven't decided what it'll be yet. Without giving away too much yet because I don't want to get ahead of myself but, I'm also working on another sw1500, 2 sw1200s, an S1 & S4 and an nw2 none of which will be B&G (but Bush related). So I don't want to flood the layout with the same type of locomotives which is why I was asking about low emissions locomotives. At least it would be something different and prototypical of an inner city switching railroad. The only one I've seen is on shapeways and cost $150, so I've been hesitant to buy one.
hillyard999 Wrote:check out the shapeways website.

hope this helps.

I got a sample of the decals today. I think this'll end up looking pretty good.

I love the scheme. What does the BH in the herald on the cab stand for?

Re: Brooklyn 1st Ave waterfront - Rscott417 - 01-22-2018

Thanks Larry! So I also kinda sorta stole the B&O slogan as well 357

It was supposed to be BG, H was a typo but I went without it
