I am attempting to contact Alexander Zelkin, the creator of the Degulbeef and Cradding Railroad featured again in the Sep-Oct '11 NG&SLG. Can anyone assist me with information on how to go about it?
I have tried the internet and have been unable to find a website containing an e-mail address for him. I have also written to the NG&SLG to request their assistance.
Any further recommendations would be deeply appreciated.

It seems likely that Frederic Testard on this web page would know how to get in touch with Zelkin, seeing as how he has visited the layout, and was promising to forward comments to Zelkin:

Thanks, steinjr - I actually got that far myself and dead-ended there. I'll keep trying.

Glad you were able to find him! Hope you don't mind me adding this link to photos of a wonderfully done layout! I Googled the layout name in an attempt to see if I could find any contact info and found these pics that other modelers not familiar with the layout might enjoy..
