Athearn UP/SP SD70M. She wears number 9803. This loco needs a few things done to get her in working order:

• Handrails Installed and Painted **COMPLETED ON MARCH 11, 2009**
  
• Grab Irons Installed and Painted **COMPLETED ON MARCH 11, 2009**
  
• Truck Details Installed **COMPLETED ON MARCH 17, 2009**
  
• Needs Patching for UP
  
• Entire loco needs to be weathered
  
• Install a TCS T4XP (4 functions) or TCS T6XP (6 functions) or NCE D13SRJ (6 functions) (havnt decided yet) DCC Decoder

I painted and installed the handrails, following the prototype, then ends were painted white. I also drilled out the grab iron holes and installed and painted some of them. The grab irons that need to be red will be painted when i get the SP red Paint (on order, should be here early next week).
