Intermountain ES44AC motor

I tested it against another factory locomotive and  it will pull 3 more heavy loaded coal cars up a grade. I however still have a problem with the pick ups on the axles. I will need a day with more patience before I attempt to find that problem. I may try a decoder reset first.
