HobbyLine Pennsylvania #1000

As far as "what is it worth", I'd say there's a chance that you find some collector out there who may what a Pennsylvania FM switcher, but I'd forecast that it would be a very small niche market. Just perusing evilbay, there are some sellers out there for Hobbyline stuff, but at a quick glance I didn't see anyone getting rich (about $30 for locomotives, $10 for rolling stock, $200 for a whole set). I'd say of the current HO scale enthusiasts, most of those willing to pay premium prices for locomotives would be buying current DCC locos with sound and prototypical details ($200 and up for a locomotive). However, those continue to be produced. What you have is vintage gear in what looks like excellent condition, and if you like running it, enjoy! Getting rich? Probably not.
