Hope they paid the accident rider before he left the rental place...
They're linking many of these to trucker's dependence on GPS systems like Tom Tom that don't mark clearance issues like this in their directions.

There are certain bridges in Chicago that are famous for this, just as Sumpter said. The road crews will re-pave the road, changing the height of the road and reducing clearance, but the signs don't get changed

Now that I just watched that video, I'm pretty sure it isn't driver error, but mistaken clearance markers due to road construction as mentioned before. If there was only one or two trucks I would agree driver error, but with that many...

Very funny video...just waiting and watching and knowing that something is GOING to happen!!
It appears that there's a bump...speed bump, perhaps?...before the last few hit the bridge.
