Mountainman, I completely agree. I just found it to be too expensive to go much further with it than to build a couple of structures for it. I decided to instead direct my funding towards modeling the Mt. Union Connecting RR Co., with a slight spin on the original prototype. The prototype is only 1.1 miles long, and easy to do in N scale.
The first project is already underway, and I made a huge amount of headway on it in about a 50 minute period.
