Let me chime in... while the defect card holder may be that little tube with the closable end peice, whenever we write up a car, that little bracket is where you put a shop tag in, so you can see it. Either a bad order shop or a bad order expedite tag may be used, or if we have to cut out a brake, a brake tag would be filled out and placed in the holder.
