The mystery loco reminds me of a model loco kitbash before painting. Parts are added, sections of the shell are cut out and other pieces added in, and all of it different colors.

It would seem we are all talking about different locomotives. The SD70 is a standard cab locomotive on NS. The SD70, SD70M, SD70MAC, SD70ACe, etc. all look different.
730 pictured above is definitely an SD70MAC.
