More work on fan
I had to design a "Center support for the fan, since the framwork would not hold the weight of the blades if i built it all out of balsa.
The support frame is foam, but there's more below

Some more progress pics - i had to actually use a toggle bolt to hold 2 pieces together to glue them
This thing is way too big
