Does anyone know the photographer of this picture?

I found the picture while doing a bing search for CNW Operation Lifesaver pictures, and is from the following website.

D'OH!!! 35 I found the photographer's name already! His name is Ken Ziegenbein.

I saw the e-mail address, and while that did help, I still needed a last name, then I found it on the mainpage. OOPS! The website is pretty cool, I haven't looked around all that much yet though.
