NS Frankfort District Chase 10-1-10 - railohio - 10-03-2010 I shot the Norfolk Southern Frankfort District east of Muncie, Indiana on Friday. The L80 local works east out of Muncie East Yard to Red Key and Portland. Along the way it switches the former Conrail Red Key Secondary west out of its namesake to Dunkirk.
