"He said - he built this trestle in 3 days"

With at least two identical building jigs...............possible, but the jigs weren't part of the 3 day build time.
AND, The trestle hasn't been stained/painted/weathered yet.
AND, I'll bet those were rather long days :o Icon_twisted

On Sunday, I visited Andy Rubbo's Northeast Corridor layout, set in north Jersey 1967. He pretty much models the same stretch of the NEC i hope to when I get the space, though I have my own idea about how i'll do it.

The CNJ passes under the NEC at Elizabeth

Almost everything is scratchbuilt

A pair of my Jersey Arrow IIIs visit the layout. One day, I need a set up like this!

A near mishap! not all of the layout is finished!

Hopefully, i'll visit Lester's this sunday, and then on November 29, Bill Kachel's layout.

Who's layout is this? They are seriously trying Zoo Interlocking! Intense! I don't want to know what the catenary situation is on that section of railroad.

Wow you guys are making the rounds this year. I think I might get out some now, it is hard to do when I am in the schedule. I think I might head over to Jersey.

Looks like I missed the opportunity to see Charlie Grant's layout. Thats a new one for me, will have to check it out next year! Seems like a big increase in electrified layouts lately.
