WFP 2/28-3/6 - nachoman - 02-28-2014

I guess I will start us off.

Here's a cell phone pic of my new turntable. It looks like I'm going to have a cool new photo spot on my layout.

SHS&D, 3' gauge 2-4-4-2 and freight wait as SM&CH standard gauge 2-8-0 picks up empties at the coaling tower.

An old GP38-2 on it's way serving one of the last customers downtown Pilsen.

ps. The engine will be relabeled to road number 2321 and possibly the front light will move into the nose. 2321 did actually serve Cermak Rd. The drive is an old UP Proto2000 GP38-2 and the shell is via ebay from a small dealer in Wisconsin. Shipping cost got manageable due to the low weight of a shell only.

Ah, yes, dieselitis. Misngth

Don't worry, Les. That loco belongs to my son, but he's likely going to sell it and all the rest of his train stuff, too.
