US Cars in EU - Schraddel - 10-02-2020

Hello,

The hassles and perniciousnesses to squeeze a Ford Ranger (smaller than a F-150) into European parking lots.

This is the point where she give up wisely.

The current version of the Ford Ranger is considerably larger than was my 1995 short-box F-150, but has a box even smaller.
The best and most useful trucks I've ever had were my two Mazda B-series pick-ups, as both had a full 8' box and a greater weight capacity (I added an extra leaf to the rear springs).

The current selection of trucks has morphed from a useful work vehicle into a passenger car with a lidless trunk (unless you get the optional cover).

I hope no one was riding in the back seat, they may still be trying to get out. 35

Wayne is right, I test drove a new F-150 and it felt like I was driving a bus. You could fit three more people just on the center console.  Let's see that lady try to park that one. Eek
