Nice video..
IIRC those 'chopter cams was develop for the military then used by some police departments..Now they're widely available.The whole shebang can be had for around $80.00. Like all R/C aircraft there will be restricted flying zones-check your local laws concerning flying R/C aircraft..

The capability for this has been around for a while, I'm surprised we don't see it more often.
