Interest in a tour car, or car exchange

It's actually something we don't even have to get involved with at the "Moderator" level.

Any member chooses a car from their layout and another member expresses interest in a temporary (or sometimes peramanant) trade.

The 2 members ship their car to each other. They take pictures and then send the cars back to the owner. Obviously a permanent trade eliminates the return postage.

If another member wishes to join in, they members can plan to trade cars with no. 3 or do a round robin and everyone passes the cars to the left so to speak. That way - every participant gets to have all the other cars on their layout.

So unless a Mod wants to trade, we can just sit and watch. Of course, we could start a thread somewhere setting a few rules, like "Big Blue is in no way responsible for any of these trades. Do so at your own risk" or something like that to exemplify the Staff and Big Blue from any unforeseen occurrence
