That's a good looking building too.
I know this area is still under construction so perhaps my comment is way too early, but I am just wondering if you're planning to do something to mask the transition from this building to the background flat (the corner behind the white flatbed truck)? it now looks like a wall cut in half leaning against another building, perhaps a couple of styrene strips can simulate the concrete frame that the rest of the building has, so it looks more like another corner of that building?
You said you had gensets underway from Brooklyn, who do you use there, and how does that affect import taxes for you?
