a little Update:
I made a draft for etched parts for a #6 frog.
Building a turnout should be even easier.

The parts will be simply soldered onto each other with the help of the centerings on the ends.
From a friend I've let milling for the factory's window frames.

I had tried that with Evergreen strips by hand. But even minimally oblique struts fell on strong. Likewise measurement difference from a half millimeter.
