Today I mounted my first self-made #6 frog from etched parts.

It works well.






Now I can order more parts for the rest of me turnouts.

These frog kits have been available inexpensively in the US from the Proto:87 Stores for around ten years already, and more recently can be obtained by request from the Proto:87 Stores (EU) in the UK, for direct shipping to European customers without incurring customs duties.
