One last (?) tweak of the track plan. For some reason I though the Abbeville rice mill had two loading spurs, but it doesn't.
As such I've removed one of them from the plan. I've also decided to remove the lower storage loop - more scenery and a simplified track plan seemed the better option. Finally, I've removed the lift out section and replaced it with a duck under. I plan to raise the layout to about 56" off the floor, so a duck under would be much simpler.
