Chief Eagles Wrote:Morning all. DAZ, pickup has mud on tires and under carriage. Still wet on the farm. Long day at the farm. Got in at 9:30 last night. Didn't unload. Too tired. Rest today. Hope all is well.

Yup, my truck is likewise with mud on the running boards and in the wheel wells, all from running through the desert to do some target shooting two weeks ago. The area we shoot at is on private land and so any access to the area is not maintained. If we went to an area controlled by the BLM, they usually grade their dirt roads occasionally, especially after a hard rain.

The area where we shoot is usually kept fairly clean, knowing that the owners can restrict access at any time. Someone will organize a cleanup every once in a while. The last time we were out there, someone had dumped a large pile of garbage on the side of the road, Curse and so the shooters will have to haul it off or take the blame. . One of the shooters (a certified instructor) said that someone had dumped a body there a while back. They'd better not blame the shooters for that. Nope
