The 604, originally a powered locomotive, was an example of the only plastic RS-11s available at that time, from LifeLike. Unfortunately, they were poor runners, with the motor mounted on one truck and powering that truck only. I removed the motors and re-did the handrails and a few other details. When Atlas released their smooth-running version of the same loco, I bought two, and paired them each with one of the dummies. I had thought about re-powering them, but back-dated my layout before getting around to it, and they were sold as powered/dummy sets.
