As for the overhead crane, you can always kitbash it and shorten it and make it fit

The apartments are 60mm deep and can be cut down to 35mm if space is tight Walthers providing the scribe line inside for three different levels ...... reminds me of Pikestuff kits overall dimensions as in the picture are 195mm W X 150 H X 60/35mm D the floors 30/35mm steps in height.

Still looking at the crane i had thought of bashing it see what goes
