from the look of it, I would think that when you put it, in the scene, on the layout, you'll need weeds and shrubs grown wild and up to the first floor window sills. 
and maybe a pair of "burning red (( LED, and two strands of fiber optics )) eyes" peering out of one of the second story windows. 
Maybe add the sign,
"Welcome to Hauntington Manor"
