I went the other route, and have "Canter" as a Packaging Supplies company - these were fairly commonly available on Ebay a while back - Popping the wind deflector off and adding an A/C refrigeration unit on top of the cab would make an ideal Fish/meat/frozen foods delivery truck. The model also comes as an open back delivery truck, frequently used in UK by small builders and similar , that can be converted to a standard flat bed with a bit of work. One of mine has fold back open rear doors after a bit of modification
