You know that farm house would make a good "Fixer Upper", it just needs some window panes and a lick of paint, and a patched roof out the back and its good to go. That shed behind the out house looks in pretty good nick too.
Unfortunately the barn looks only good for firewood. Might need a goat or two on a chain to work on the long grass.
