Well what do you know...... The local diner hired a chef that moved here from the South!!!!! All of a sudden the menu changed and added things like Fried Calamari, Stuffed Mushrooms and Grits!!!! So of course, I HAD to try the grits and they are Fantastic!!
If the Chief ever heads into Pennsylvania again, I guess I'll have to get his expert opinion on how good this chef really is
