The property is not in best shape. I hope we are not going to loose a valuable customer.....

I used water paint at the black loading dock cover. It looks ok on the layout but the closeup looks awful.

I don't know....I think the brush strokes on it look like scuffs and scrapes that you might see on a real one

Everything is looking great on the layout!
