On September 17, 2004 hurricane Ivan left us over 7 inches of rain at the Kiski Junction in Schenley, Pa. The highway culvert above us that ran through a culvert under our tracks became plugged and washed over the highway and washed out our track.     Here is what the job looked like on September 28, 2004.
