Herc and Nick, thanks for the comments
It was really fun doing this, but boy was it a repetitive thing to do. The module is only 5 feet long, so i would take a few cars out of there boxes, set them on the tracks, couple them and go through the line, removing the ones that had already been photographed and setting them aside. I also had to keep up on the traffic and "moving vehicles" which had to be moved a believable distance, alot of repositioning with both the train and the vehicles for each frame, checking of the camera to make sure it looked decent..... When i would get done with the set of train cars, i would turn the camera off (which was on a tri-pod by the way) and pack up the cars that had been shot, then set them aside and get some new cars.....
I tried to mix it up and not have to much of the same freight together, since most mixed freight trains dont have all the same type of cars bunched up and all together lol
Like i said, this took me the better part of 6 hours to do lol and is roughly 70% of my rolling stock roster in this one train lol
One of the guys over on AMR forum made me GIF mini-clip of the train in action to better see the movement of the traffic and train. But beware its 10MB and may take a minute to load, but its pretty neat when you see it
