ISL 2016 - Thinking out loud

The prototypes are:
1. MPP (Manufactured Packaging Products) - Cardboard manufacturer getting boxcars of paper/card rolls and the odd hopper of corn starch for adhesive.
   

2. SB Thomas Bakery (Bimbos) - Spot for a hopper(flour or sugar) and one for oil when needed.
   

3. Ganahl Lumber Company (Crenshaw - forgot to re-label)
   
I would like to model a few of their lumber "shelters", would make a cool facility that looks busy.
   
Note the ramp at the end of the rail for unloading plain flats or more than likely a truck?
