Did you notice that Charlie even managed to have the grassy area mowed!

The location is actually the old P&LE station in West Pittsburgh, Pa. It is owned and maintained by the Beaver-Lawrence Railway Historical Society and they try to mow every Monday. It is between two mainline CSX tracks.
