Question about MTH

Actually setting CV52 to 1 allowed me to set them to zero. Then I suspect there are no flywheels because when the Dec was set to zero it stopped abruptly. I set it to 3 and it works better. I am afraid consisting this will be a nightmare so as nice as it is I will avoid any more MTH unless they can be stolen. I have not figured out everything about DCC yet and I have been at it for 14 years.  I am satisfied with the 10 functions easily used on my throttle without using the shift key.  I think my phone app may allow direct entry to more functions but I haven't used it enough to remember what they are. 
Anyhow, I am able to run it so that is fine for now.
