Conrail's CA-11 heading over the A Fame swing bridge at Paulsboro, NJ, 4/7/11.  There was a train derailment on the bridge 11/30/12.  The damage to the bridge prevented it from opening for boating traffic and with other problems with the bridge it was replaced with a vertical lift bridge in March of 2015.
