Rainbows in the Lehigh Valley Gorge

I slapped the base coat of gray on the viewable surfaces of each clarifier and feed well, cut a base for each of them and glued the pieces down to each base.  My plan is to load them up with plaster to the top level of each feedwell.  Once it dries, I'll paint the plaster a greenish brown.  After I've put in all of the other structure (skimmer arm, supports for the walkway and drive motor), I'll load in a layer of Realistic Water and then add some water effects to simulate movement of the sewage.
