No significant weather today, so we went to St. Jacob's for muffins. On the return trip, we were stopped by the crossing lights at the Waterloo Central railway. This was a snowplow -- looked like a hi-rail unit with a plow and sweeper. Crossed the road and continued. Nothing listed in the trackside guide. I don't think the railroad is operating, but it may service a couple of industries there or in Elmira.
