Overton Passenger Car Build – Interior Detailing, Lighting, and DIY Keep Alive! | HO Scale Back Shop
Welcome back to Jack on Tracks and another episode of the Back Shop! In this video we continue the Overton passenger train build, taking these classic HO scale Overton cars to the next level with full interiors, lighting, and custom electronics.
This project started with a simple coach, but now we’re going all in — adding detailed interiors, pot belly stove, passengers, painted seats, and scratch-built lighting circuits. I also walk through how I built compact keep-alive circuits using bridge rectifiers, resistors, and capacitors to keep the passenger car lighting steady even over dirty track or turnouts.
