Greetings, gang.
62, cloudy, and still quite humid in the remote reaches of northern Iowa. Maybe the upper 60s later. Got almost two and a half inches of rain yesterday.
Nothing really exciting yesterday and not only today but tomorrow look to be the same. I did send an e-mail to our local police department concerning the location of the mobile speed enforcement vehicles. They seem to have some difficulty keeping the public informed as to the location. The PD committed at the time the vehicles were introduced that the PD would inform the public of the location. As a "concerned citizen" I have written to them at least 10 times this year requesting that they follow their own commitment to keeping the public informed.
