I fitted in the sawmill:

   

I cut a corner out of the adapter that I made to clear the track roadbed. Then I cut the benchwork to fit the adapter. it took a couple trims but it fit in the end.

   

The adapter is screwed to the rest of the bechwork with some splice boards. There's a new riser supporting the front and theres a few blocks in the corners to support the sawmill diorama.

   

I placed the sawmill in temporairly for fit. behine will be the logging camp and the log transload area. The track with the green tape on it will be the log unload for the sawmill with a road beside it.
