access to the room and closet are both duckunders yes. 3.5' ducks to be exact... a lil low, but I'm still nimble enough it's not gonna be an issue.
and I didn't finish my previous thought... the turnaround at the top right of the layout is where the 3% grade comes into play. it's a short increase for about 8" or so. I don't like it, but unfortuantley I already glued it down.... and it's in pretty tight! the 3% grade for this short lil distance is what gives me my 2" clearance.
