Squidbait - you don't understand lawyers! I work with plenty of lawyers for my job, and trust me - they nitpick everything. Literally, they may take a simple typo in a report and try and argue that it invalidates all your data. It's called catching someone on a technicality. If something isn't working to your favor, you find some little irrelevant detail and call it out, thereby questioning the validity of the whole case. The lawyers are simply being paid to do what the plaintiff wants them to do - win. And with the threat of people filing nitpicky lawsuits, you have to make sure all your bases are covered. As I understand it, the RailRunner is supported by public money. Knowing the attitude of some people towards public funding for anything, someone potentially could nitpick some little detail like the logo in order to sway public opinion against the whole project.

Sounds silly, but it happens all the time.
