Today I put windows on 2 more sides, leaving just the side with the fire escape doors to finish gluing in. I also encountered a problem with the base. It seems that the sides of my structure have bowed in slightly, making it near impossible to align on the base correctly. After much frustration 
and beating my head against the wall 
I finally got it on there...much to the detriment of the nice spackle job I did on the corners to hide gaps.
I guess I'll deal with that problem later.
