It is cool that we are both in the process of constructing buildings for our trains. I hope your construction goes well. 
I could probably finish the sheetrock myself, but I figure a pro will have it done in a few days where it would take me a couple weeks probably. If it was only the walls, I probably would have tackled it myself, but doing the ceiling is really what I am avoiding.
Will you being putting in a lay-in ceiling or will it be sheetrock?
