Alright, that sounds like a good idea. 
What exactly is Spackle? I assume it is a type of putty or something, anyways I will look for it the next time I go the the hardware store.
The paint I use is a tan colored paint, but it looks more white in the photos, I will cover the entire thing in sand after I add the track and Buildings, so the color dosen't matter too much, thanks for the Help
