HAHA! That area looks tailor-made for a switching layout. Plenty of industries, high density, sharp curves, and has some track arrangements that I didn't think existed in real life. I am looking at the industrial track near the pushpin that says "drainage ditch", how it is almost perpendicular to the BNSF mainline! I thought only model railroaders squeezed in tracks like that!
