Gary...I know next to nothing about grass, the modeling or any other kind....So I'll let those that know handle that end of things... 
But that DIRT... It's great..!! What is it...?? You seem to have various types all mixed in there and it looks too real to be true....How did you go about getting so "dirty"..??
